1. Order Cancellations
1.1. Cancellation Before Processing
- Orders can be canceled if the status is ‘Payment Accepted’. You can cancel your order directly from your user account.
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made before the order status changes to ‘Order Picked’ or ‘Shipped’.
1.2. Cancellation After Processing
- Once the order status has changed to ‘Order Picked’ or ‘Shipped’, cancellations are not permitted.
- If you still wish to cancel the order at this stage, you will be responsible for any applicable shipping charges.

1.3. Cancellation Window
- To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.
- Cancellations made after this period will incur a 3% cancellation fee.
2. Returns
2.1. Return Eligibility
- Our Return Policy applies only in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Incorrect Products: If the product received differs from what was shown on our website.
- Incorrect Order Fulfillment: Any errors on our part related to the order.
2.2. Return Process
- Notification Period: You must notify us of any issues within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): For products that are dead on arrival, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within this period, any further actions will be at your expense.
2.4. Return Shipping
- To ensure a successful return pick-up, please make sure the item is kept in its original condition. This includes the brand’s outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty cards, CDs, and all original accessories within the manufacturer’s packaging.
- If the return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup from your location. If our logistics partner cannot service your area, you may need to return the product yourself and provide a shipping receipt. Shipping costs will be reimbursed as a BestValueBuys.In coupon valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Please do not ship the product back until you receive confirmation from our Customer Service Team.
3. Refunds
3.1. Eligibility
- Refunds are available only for incorrect, damaged, or defective products. Exchanges for color or other choices are not permitted.
3.2. Refund Processing
- Payment Gateway: Refunded to the same account used for the purchase.
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the buyer’s bank account. Cash refunds are not issued.
- Refunds generally take 7-10 working days to appear in your account.
4. GST (Goods & Services Tax)
- Any GST-related concerns must be reported within 30 days from the transaction date. Claims made after this period cannot be processed.
